The founding team.

We’re the founding team behind Multiworks. Between us: startups since age 18, and systems built for the federal government, TikTok, and Samsung.

We got into this space the slow way, through more than 100 conversations with small business owners, intermediaries, and potential buyers. The same problem kept coming up: the proof of a good business lives on paper and in the owner’s head, and buyers discount what they cannot verify.

2. 02When they exit, they look for something AI cannot replace.
3. 03Small business acquisitions are already up 8% over last year.
4. 04That number keeps growing as more of them buy into industries AI cannot touch.
5. 05And those new owners will want AI and modern software to replace the legacy tech these businesses run on.
